Challenge
InfoCision, a marketing firm in Akron, was well known for their
outbound telemarketing efforts, however, wanted to expand their
inbound business.

Tools
BCSI recommended a mix of public relations, article placement,
advertising and trade show attendance to get the word out. We
created and produced a combination of sales materials and updated
the InfoCision website to include key messaging of high quality
control and professionalism.

Results
The results are amazing. InfoCision has enjoyed double digit
sales growth since the changes in their business were implemented.
The combination of marketing strategies created an awareness that
took InfoCision from no industry presence for inbound business to
the top echelon of inbound firms nationwide.
