The Jaekle Group, a computer consulting firm in Northeast Ohio, has been extremely successful in the business to business arena. However, they were interested in capturing a share of the virtually untapped consumer market. They needed a plan to reach the computer owner in need of repair and security.

Tools

After gaining an understanding of Jaekle Group’s initiatives BCSI created a comprehensive “go to market” strategy to increase their existing B2B sales and introduce them to the consumer market. BCSI recommended a series of print ads, postcards, brochures and news releases to create “buzz”. All of their marketing materials are being updated to provide a consistent message about their strengths.
